Cleaning dust processor fans & heatsinks, Cleaning inside and outside the case, and adding a CPU thermal paste. All data will be erased. Service ID: 01-0927 - Initial Diagnostic/Evaluation/Optimization, Includes a thorough diagnostic to determine the cause of lockups, slowness, crashes, internet issues, improper startups/shutdowns, peripheral issues, operating system issues, and data recovery evaluation. if the customer elects NOT to repair the computer, the shop still needs to collect the diagnostic fee for the time, effort, and experience expended during the course of the diagnosis. otherwise, we will waive the diagnostic fee (OMR 5) if you agree to service the unit.
